Our Pathway Ministry is designed to provide aid for immediate needs for the residents of our Adopt-A-Block communities, work with the individual or family on setting attainable goals, assist in making connections with local resources for needed supports, and to instill hope and a future through the gospel of Jesus Christ.

Our trained Pathway Team of volunteers will engage with their designated family through home visits during the scheduled bi-weekly Adopt-A-Block outreach events which are every 2nd and 4th Saturday at 10am.  The volunteers (2-3 per family), will build a caring relationship while providing any Raleigh Dream Center resources, assessing the needs and progress towards their goals, and work to provide emotional and spiritual support.

Our Pathway Ministry is scheduled to launch in Fall 2018.  If you are passionate about relating one-on-one with someone who is struggling with difficult circumstances and want more information on how to be an Advocacy Team member, please contact Helen Suk-Louws at helen@raleighdreamcenter.org
