PathWay Ministry provides aid for select Adopt-A-Block residents, empowers them to set attainable goals for self-sufficiency, assists in making connections with community resources for needed supports, and instills hope and a future through the gospel of Jesus Christ. PathWay volunteers engage with their designated families through home visits during Adopt-A-Block events. They work to build caring relationships while assessing needs, encouraging progress, and providing emotional support with the hope of introducing others to lasting God-Centered transformation.
PathWay Ministry launched in December 2018, but has only just begun. There is much room for growth as PathWay touches the lives of residents in Raleigh Dream Center’s Adopt-A-Block communities.
HELP BY VOLUNTEERING
We are in need of PathWay Team Volunteers that are passionate about relating one on one with someone who is struggling with difficult circumstances. Training provided.
We are also looking for Driver Volunteers for our RDC trucks to pick up and deliver designated furniture to PathWay residents.
You can also help by coordinating a Product Drive for diapers, hygiene products, paper products, linens, etc within your church, school, or community group to bless PathWay families.
