Summer Reading at Washington Terrace

The reading program at Washington Terrace takes place in the clubhouse at:

1951 Booker Dr, Raleigh

Volunteers are encouraged to arrive a little before 10am.  From 10-11:30am we will spend time with the children, reading and building relationships.  Books will be provided by the Dream Center at each community, though donated books are always welcomed (all book donations will be reviewed for approval).  The reading time will end no later than 11:30am and lunch will be offered from 11:30-noon.  Volunteers do not need to prepare the lunch, but can hand them out and sit with children while they eat.  All meals are provided by the CENC Food Bank, and anyone 0-18 years old are welcomed to eat the provided meal.
