Human trafficking is the fastest growing criminal enterprise in the world.
FIND A NEED AND FILL IT
One of the biggest needs is for EMERGENCY SHELTERS for survivors to begin their care before moving on to a long-term care facility.
In 2025, we opened the Project Light Emergency Safe House.
We have partnered with Safe House Project and The WellHouse for both referrals of clients and for placement to a long-term option that fits their specific need.
Project Light Emergency Safe House
There is a large gap in survivor care between rescue and long-term residential care. Our emergency safe house provides 3 beds for survivors for around 30-45 days. The home serves women at completely no cost to them thanks to those who financially support this ministry. By opening the one home, we have the potential of helping up to 30+ women a year exit their sex trafficking situation.
Through a trauma informed care approach, the home provides for their immediate needs and gives us the opportunity to tend to their suffering. We provide each survivor with beginning case management services which prayerfully leads to a long-term residential placement of her choice.

Raleigh Dream Center relies on individuals, churches and business partners for the majority of their funding. We need financial partners to sustain this much needed ministry.

For our battle is not against flesh and blood, but against the rulers, against the authorities, against the world powers of this darkness, against the spiritual forces of evil in the heavens (Eph 6:12).
