BACK2SCHOOL BASH
Back2School Bash with Jaccob Slavin of the Carolina Hurricanes
In partnership with presenting sponsor, Jaccob Slavin of the Carolina Hurricanes, this highly anticipated event will take place at the Raleigh Dream Center campus, where backpacks and school supplies will be distributed for kids to be ready for the new school year.
The Back2School Bash will be more fun than ever with festival rides, games, food trucks and so much more! It will not only provide students with new materials and supplies, but excite and motivate students for the new school year, equip them with the tools they need to succeed, and plant new dreams and hopes in their hearts for the future.
DETAILS:
- Saturday, August 2nd, 2025 from 10am – 2pm.
- The main event will be held at New Hope Baptist Church in Raleigh.
- PARKING: there will be no parking at the event! Only park at Crossroads Fellowship Church at 2721 E Millbrook Rd, Raleigh. Three ongoing shuttles will take guests directly to and from the event from 9:30am – 2:30pm.
- This a FREE community event.
- First come, first served basis (while supplies last).
Volunteer
Our yearly Back2School Bash is a highlight when we are able to help the children with a new backpack filled with school supplies, a gospel track and a note of encouragement.
By giving a backpack, it can change a child’s future by helping them excel in school. It also helps them socially by feeling accepted on that first day of school with all the supplies they need.
We have several opportunities for volunteers to plug in and be a part of this special event.
